Institute for Catholic Enrichment

How to apply

1. Complete the Application Form for the Institute for Catholic Enrichment and forward it to Rev. Msgr. John J. McDermott, J.C.L. at the Diocese of Burlington.
   
2. Complete background check forms and send them to the Diocesan Office of Safe Environment at the Diocese of Burlington.  Copies may be obtained by calling the Safe Environment Office at 802-658-6110.
   
3. Ask your Pastor to complete the “Recommendation Form” and mail it to Rev. Msgr. John J. McDermott.  The form is available on the Diocesan website.
   
4. Request a recent copy of your Baptismal certificate from the church where you were baptized.  Have the church mail it directly to Rev. Msgr. John McDermott or obtain the copy and mail it yourself to Rev. Msgr. John McDermott, J.C.L. at the Diocese of Burlington.
