Essex Catholic Community member and co-founder of Aim4Haiti NPO, Gillian Compo is pleased to partner with and welcome to our community Haitian artist, Pievy Polyte.
There will be an Art Show and Coffee morning at Holy Family Parish Center, 28 Lincoln Street, Essex Junction, on Sunday, Sept. 29, from 11am to 2pm.
Pievy is a talented artist involved in an artists’ collective that donates proceeds from their work to Haitian education projects.
Pievy is also a Haitian coffee farmer and strives to promote sustainable development in Haiti. Pievy’s home grown coffee – roasted to perfection will be served at the Art show.
Haitian snacks will be also be served.
Gillian, a local School Nurse/Vermont Educator in alliance with Haitian healthcare providers and community leaders in Haiti also strives to promote sustainable community development and independence in Haiti.
Admission free.
