Cocoa and Cookies With Santa will take place on Saturday, Nov. 24 at St. Monica-St. Michael School in Barre. Warm up in the school cafeteria with free hot chocolate and cookies from 3:45 to 5 p.m.; Santa is to arrive at 4 p.m. In the holiday spirit, those who can are asked to bring a non-perishable food donation for the St. Monica food shelf. The event concludes at 5 p.m., but the fun doesn’t stop there. Join Santa in downtown Barre for the holiday parade and tree lighting at 5:15 p.m.
