Pierogi Making Workshop – Part II

Do you love pierogi and sometimes think it might be nice to learn how to make them? Lucky you! Plans are afoot for St John Vianney parish to offer a two-part pierogi making workshop on Saturday and Sunday, December 3 & 4, and the fruits of our labor will be donated to an ANEW Place dinner. Part I was a workshop to make pierogi fillings. Part II: On Sunday, from 12PM to 4PM, we will roll out the dough, fill, and cook the pierogi, then store them in the freezer until the ANEW Place meal.
Space is limited, because we can’t have too many cooks in the kitchen! Look for the signup sheet at the top of the ramp entrance.
