In 2014, 21 percent of Vermonters said they do not believe in God. That was the highest by far of any state. But what do modern atheists and agnostics typically mean by the word “God”? What has the Judeo-Christian tradition meant by the opening words of the Nicene Creed: “I believe in God”? What kind of God are we talking about? Talk given by Anthony Rosselli.

Series: What is Catholicism? — Each Thursday at 7pm from October 2019 through April 2020, Ascension Catholic Church in Georgia will be hosting a talk exploring some topic of the Catholic faith. Lectures are low stress and designed for both the person who knows nothing as well as the person who knows quite a lot. Lectures will be around 40-50 minutes. There will be time for questions and fellowship afterwards. Talks will be given by Anthony Rosselli.
