Every year, Franciscans commemorate the passage of St. Francis of Assisi from his earthly life to eternal life in a service known as the Transitus. On Thursday, October 3, at 6:00 PM at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, this traditional Franciscan observance, consisting of prayers, hymns, readings, and meditation, will take place. Refreshments will follow the service in the parish hall. All are welcome.
