Mission: Christ the King School exists to promote our Catholic faith through instruction, prayer, and service to others. Christ the King School assists our parents/guardians in their role as primary educators. Christ the King School has created a student-centered program in a structured academic environment that nurtures the development of the whole child.

Maeve MacLachlan is a young lady who embodies Catholic education. Not only is she an excellent student, but she is also a member of the TRY (Teens Reaching Youth) team, which is a science program where students teach other students.

She also is dedicated to the school and is one of the three students who are working on a project to find safe ways to travel (bike, run, walk) to school.

Additionally, she is a dedicated altar server not only for school Masses but for weekend Masses at Christ the King Church as well.

Maeve, an eighth grader, goes out of her way to help others, and she plays soccer, participates in school plays and is a member of the safety patrol. She enjoys reading realistic fiction and dystopian novels, writing and doing arts and crafts.
