Saint Francis Xavier School recently completed a relief drive for victims of Hurricane Helene, particularly those in impacted communities in Tennessee. In a tremendous outpouring of generosity, students and parishioners donated supplies ranging from non-perishable foods to potable water and sanitary supplies, filling the entire lobby of the school. The supplies began their journey to Tennessee on Tuesday, October 8.

With a death toll in the hundreds, Hurricane Helene is one of the deadliest hurricanes in United States history. Thousands more have been displaced, and many communities have been left without critical infrastructure, healthcare, and even access to basic goods and services. The need for assistance is urgent and ongoing; those who are able are encouraged to donate through Catholic Charities USA, the American Red Cross, or through local charitable organizations.
