On behalf of the Diocese of Burlington, I extend our prayerful best wishes for our new Holy Father, Pope Leo XIV. May the Holy Spirit guide him as the successor of the Apostle Peter and help him in his role as Shepherd of the Universal Church.

I know that I speak on behalf of all the priests, deacons, religious and laity of Vermont when I say we pray he enjoys many years of health and well-being as he fulfills his role to strengthen us all as we strive to grow in relationship with Jesus Christ.
