Vermont Catholic Professionals conference highlights constitutional law, religious liberty
On October 16, the Diocesan offices hosted its quarterly Vermont Catholic Professionals conference, featuring guest speaker Adam Hochschild. A lawyer specializing in constitutional law, Hochschild has taken on cases concerning the religious liberty and First Amendment rights of defendants; his discussion focused on the emerging challenges to these essential freedoms, in an increasingly secular and censorious culture.
Hosted quarterly, the VCP conference is open to all Catholic entrepreneurs, professionals, nonprofit organizers, and anyone seeking an opportunity for networking and professional development. Interested parties are encouraged to check our events calendar for future dates.
