Resources to Carry Out the Church’s Mission

The Office of Finance manages the financial resources of the Diocese of Burlington. Through sound budgeting practices and accounting principles, the Office of Finance strives to maximize the impact of the Diocese’s resources, ensuring funds are available to carry out the mission of the Church in Vermont. Prior to each fiscal year, the Diocese of Burlington submits a budget to the diocesan bishop and Finance Council for approval, and after the year concludes the accounts and records are audited by an external CPA firm.
