Vermont Catholic Advanced Directive

1 1/2 Hour presentation seeking to share the importance of having a VCAD in place that aims to bring comfort to a person before the pressure of decision making when death is approaching. It will encourage confidence and comfort for family and friends by knowing that the wishes of their loved one are in keeping with Catholic Moral teachings.

Steps will be taken to guide us through completing the form, the selection process of choosing an appropriate Health Care Agent and identifying where these documents should be filed.

By tracking, people will be asked to sign in and identify their parish or organization. To maintain interest in the Vermont Catholic Advance Directive the attendee will be encouraged to complete it within a 3-month time frame.
