Pierogi Making Workshop

Do you love pierogi and sometimes think it might be nice to learn how to make them? Lucky you! Plans are afoot for St John Vianney parish to bring back a three-part pierogi making workshop on Saturday and Sunday, December 2 & 3, and the fruits of our labor will be donated to an ANEW Place dinner. Part I: On Saturday, December 3 from 9:30AM to Noon, four teams will create 4 different pierogi fillings. Part II: On Saturday afternoon from 1PM to 5PM, we will make dough, fill, and cook the Kapusta & Szynka pierogi. You can sign up for either session, or for both, to be a member of Team Ukraińskie, Team Kapusta, Team Szynka, or Team Suszona Śliwki.
Space is limited, because we can’t have too many cooks in the kitchen!
